DSU – Butter case packer

Butter case packer DSU is a semi-automatic machine used for grouping and stacking of butter bricks into pre-made carton box. Bricks are packed with ARM or other filling and wrapping machines and it’s easy to connect with case packer. It serves as exceptionally reliable and cost-effective end of the line solution.

Semi automatic cartoning machine for grouping and stacking of butter bricks packed with the butter filling and wrapping machines.
Applicable products: square shape wrapped bricks (butter, margarine, curd).
Carton box loading – through the side of a box.
Feeding from conveyor, dispersed.
Displacement of feeding: left (as a standard) or right.
Machine’s output: up to 100 bricks/ min.
Productivity regulation: selection by configurated recipe.
Material: corrugated cardboard box.
PLC and HMI with Touch Screen.
Drive: brushless motors, pneumatic actuators, servo drive.
Machine safety covers.
Sensor for brick counting.
